Dr. John Schroeder is the President and Chief Scientist of Ontar Corporation, which he formed in 1981. He is responsible for Ontar’s technical activities in training, target and background simulations, atmospheric science, pattern recognition algorithm development, sensor software implementation, and system analysis. He has been involved with the development and use of atmospheric and sensor computer models and atmospheric databases for over 40 years.
